The location of this place is ideal, as it is near the Vatican's Museum and St Peter's, with great restaurants and shopping areas nearby in the Trionfale district that are definitely worth exploring.

Fairly clean and wonderful place, has nice views of Sunrise. The employees are smart and thoughtful. I have stayed in a double room with a mini bar, a writing table, and a chair. The hotel serves good food. The customer service is outstanding, they offer shuttle to the airport. The location is central.

Amazing, fairly clean hotel with excellent service. Big size and vintage room plus for value. Generous and particularly nice breakfast of course with cereal or bread options, good food, and welcoming staff. What a very comfortable stay, no complaints.

The building is very very good and the rooms are compact and modern with terrace, a great view from the balcony and shower. It has particularly good and stunning location and a carpark if needed.

Close to the subway and city train. It is convenient to reach both the airport and all the sights. There is a supermarket nearby. Within walking distance (15 minutes) from the Vatican (Vatican Museums, St. Peter's Cathedral, St. Angelo). First offered a room without a balcony, at our request immediately replaced without conversation with a room with a balcony. In principle, friendly staff, normally were able to communicate and solve all problems even with my severely broken English.
Breakfast is simple: buns, eggs, cheese, sausage, cereal. Although the coffee and cappuccino are delicious. But I'd like a tougher breakfast. For example, porridge wouldn't hurt. The lack of basic tea supplies in the room. No kettle, no glasses. Just disposable glasses in the bathroom. And then they were put in once and then not offered fresh. So take something to go with you. Shampoos were also put on when they came in and only one more time later. No Russian TV channels. It's very strange that right under the hotel windows on both sides of the gas station. But it didn't smell like gasoline.

Big size vintage rooms with terrace. Great and perfect location away from the main attractions.- 10 minute walk from Christian and art museums.- Very close to Metro, a restaurant in the area, and underground.

It's a nice hotel. Clean, nice double room with good bath. We didn't take breakfast, so I can't say anything. There is an own parking (chargeable). From the Vatican 15 min walk and 500 meters of metro, one branch with the Vatican, Spanish Steps, etc. There was a balcony in our room. It was allowed to leave the car for free two hours later after the eviction and there is a storage room.
There were a couple of disadvantages, first of all, despite the fact that we had booked a parking space in advance - they were not available when we arrived (a large bus occupied the entire parking lot), we had to park behind the hotel and block someone's garages. The noise insulation is very poor, even with the closed window it seems that the cars pass right next to you.

I was afraid that the hotel would disappoint (I read negative reviews). Honestly, I do not understand why the hotel has such a low score. In price-quality ratio it is a super option! When checking in, asked to give us the windows to the yard, and after a couple of minutes we checked into a quiet room. Yes, the room is small (and the shower is really tiny), but very atmospheric and it has everything for a comfortable stay. Shower sets, kettle, slippers (someone wrote that the last two hotels do not provide. Probably corrected, having read reviews). Good breakfasts for Italy (many guest houses with higher prices offer only coffee and croissant). Friendly staff, everyone was very polite to us. 5 minutes walk to the subway, and from there the whole city is yours! Due to payment problems: it is normal that the hotel freezes a certain amount as a guarantee. When checking out, you just need to clarify whether you want to use it for payment or pay in full, and then the frozen amount is returned to your card. . In general, we are satisfied! I advise .
Nothing to be nagged about.

The hotel is in a good location, walking distance to metro (subway) station, and less than 10min walk to the Vatican City. It's not a super hotel, definitely not a place to stay in during the day, but just for spending the night. The hotel is an old building, but all the facilities worked fine. The AC, toilet, etc. were all fine. There is free internet access via wi-fi, and they use a good scheme: pick up a password at the front desk that will allow usage for up to 6h. Breakfast was fine, but no big deal. Bread, croissants, jam, honey, yogurt, cereal, coffee, milk, etc. No fruit. The room we stayed in was facing the main road, but no noise during the night. The area may be quite empty at night, but we saw no problems. Just down the road there is a square where there's a couple of kiosks. And nearby there is a bar/pizza place that was happy to receive us after 00:00, and offered a very good pizza and drinks.

It's not a bad hotel. It's a safe area, quiet at night. Rooms are small clean, but in some places it needs cosmetic repairs. Small shower cabin (as in all hotels in Italy). I liked the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. Nearby there are two restaurants (I liked the Oscar restaurant better) and Carrefour grocery store. It's located on 5 minutes to the subway, 10-15 minutes to the Vatican ticket office in a quiet step. Friendly staff. Good breakfasts (tea, coffee, milk, muesli, cheeses, sausages, pastries, yogurts, eggs). Small parking for 7-8 cars (10 euros per day). Cleaning daily. If it is evaluated from the price-quality ratio, then 9 out of 10.
I got a number where there were hand and footprints on the walls :)

Convenient Location 📍
This place is situated right by all the other attractions in the area and close to the metro line, making it super convenient. We spent 6 nights here and really enjoyed exploring the Trionfale district.

We really liked the location of this hotel. Close to the Vatican and the Metro. There was one front staff attendant (the lady with long, dark, curly hair; I wish we had gotten her name) who was so friendly and knowledgeable as to where to eat and the routes to take into the city centre. The morning buffet was decent but the hotel dinner menu was very limited but good.
